While impressions saw substantial growth, the engagement rate per impression also improved by 63.2%, demonstrating the effectiveness of the content in resonating with the audience. Total engagements (likes, shares, comments) reached 36,540, marking a 2.4% overall increase. This is in addition to a notable uptick in Facebook engagement, which rose by 13.4%, indicating a highly engaged audience that interacted regularly with Acenar’s posts.
Audience Growth and Follower Acquisition
Acenar experienced significant growth in its social media following, with a total audience increase of 39.6% over the past year. Notably, Instagram followers surged by 8,426.7%, demonstrating the platform’s value in reaching new customers. Additionally, Facebook saw a healthy increase as well, with 973 new followers, while other platforms remained stable.
The Power of Video Content
Specifically, one of the key strategies we employed was a greater emphasis on video content. With this in mind, video views skyrocketed to 229,019, a staggering 636,063.9% increase from the previous period. This shift was especially prominent on Facebook, where video views reached 173,295, boosting engagement and providing an immersive way to showcase the Acenar experience.
